Cancelling
You can cancel any time from My Account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
Cooling-off period
UK consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. If you ask for access to start immediately, you may lose part of that right.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and retry. Access is paused if payment is not received within a reasonable time after we retry.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where WH Personal Training can no longer provide the service, in which case you will be refunded for any period not delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights. Contact us through the Contact page if you think you have been charged in error.
Expired memberships
When a membership ends, access to members-only content stops. You can rejoin at any time.
